Announcement    Original artwork in many styles, images, methods and materials. Commission work in acrylic or oil paint. 1) I try to use recycled packaging materials when possible but never compromise on doing a good packing job. Most works on paper can be rolled into a tube but sometimes this won’t work, so I’ll need to ship flat. I hope to use economic shipping means but if you need product delivered sooner, the cost will increase.

2) I obtain a proof of posting/shipping and keep packing documents for a month or until you receive your product.

3) I'm not responsible for LOST or STOLEN items BUT items over $100 will be covered for insurance if lost or damaged and you will be reimbursed for purchase and shipping fees (NOT other customs, dues, etc.)

4) All customs, duties, or other fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

5) Remember, some countries randomly inspect packed items to protect us.

6) Hopefully you will receive what you ordered and enjoy my original artwork.

7) Whenever possible, please give me a confirmation you received your product so I can sleep at night.

8) Sometimes a product comes in the mail and it’s not what you expected; too small, too big, needs to be matted, framed, or the color is different than what you see on your computer or even when I photograph the image. Careful review of details such as size, planning for frame work, and adjusting for color makes buying something you enjoy a better experience. Satisfaction is NOT a guarantee. Returns are NOT accepted. Refunds are NOT given. I WANT your business; I just don’t want to go OUT of business.
